PROJECT MANAGEMENT

SpiriTEK provides each major project with a project manager.  Your project manager is industry trained and has experience from small installs to major building moves.  That project manager will be your single point of contact for all items pertaining to the project.  The project manager can provide status reports, attend meetings, and take care of the project deliverables and invoice submissions for the project

In addition, you may be performing a large effort and need a project manager.  We can also provide this for technical projects even if we are not performing the full installation of your services.  
 

SYSTEM SERVICES

Whether you are trying to  install one additional computer within your existing infrastructure or you are starting from the ground up, SpiriTEK can assist you.  We are diverse with server, workstation and networking technical skills to support your everyday and project needs. 

On a workstation level, we can build and support Windows XP or any earlier system version.  On a server level, we can build and support Windows 2003 or any earlier system version.

VOICE AND DATA CABLING

SpiriTEK offers a complete solution for all your cabling needs.  Cabling goes hand and hand with your voice and data communications.  We test cable installations as part of our installation solution.  We are equipped to handle all your cabling needs. From individual cable installs to your existing infrastructure to a full new building solution, we can assist you.

We have experience in data centers, cubical installs, small offices, residential home offices, and new building installations.  We have experience and can install in cable trays, cable racks, and data cabinets. 

As always, we support residential and medium and small businesses with Cat3, Cat5, Cat5e, Cat6 and Fiber if needed.

TRAINING AND SUPPORT

SpiriTEK is often asked about quick "how to" documents for workstation and connectivity support.  Churches, other non profit organizations, and medium and small businesses often see that some support fixes are quick and easy. 

Though every issue is not the same and the results may vary, SpiriTEK can offer your organization a support "how to" document to best support your everyday needs.  From "How to add a user to my domain?", to "Help!  I can't connect to the internet," SpiriTEK can help

In addition, clients may request an install document after cabling, workstation and server installations.
